This is the response I received from them:
"The emails provided are not related and are generalised spam, perhaps from being subscribed to a spam list or from having the email address harvested from a newsletter or website. If our filters are not sufficient to block all the spam I would suggest installing a desktop spam filtering application.

What you may be able to do is use a Gmail account as an additional filter. You may do this by creating a forward on the email address to the Gmail account and then change the incoming POP connection to that of the Gmail account, while keeping the sending SMTP settings with us. This would mean that you would have to manually delete email from the your webmail feature after it accumulates, however the extra filtering would be highly beneficial without affecting the rest of the users on the domain."
